What do you need from us to quote a transfer program?
Your itinerary or flight details, pickup points, guest names and luggage requirements. We come back with a vehicle allocation and a confirmed rate in writing.
Do you offer contracted or volume rates for regular business?
Yes. Talk to us about seasonal programs and regular volume and we will structure rates around your calendar.
Who employs the drivers?
We do. Every driver and chauffeur is employed and managed by ETS, so staffing is never your problem.
How do you handle flight delays and last-minute changes?
Our Windhoek bookings team monitors flights and reallocates vehicles and drivers in real time. One call or email reaches the team that controls the fleet.
Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes. We work on direct billing with partner businesses and provide consolidated invoicing.
Do you operate outside Windhoek?
Yes. We run town-to-town transfers across Namibia, including Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Etosha and Sossusvlei.
